Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel from My Orders until the order is shipped. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full.

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice.
• Not returnable: food and spices, opened personal-care and beauty products, and items marked non-returnable.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and checked. COD refunds go to your bank account or UPI ID.
