This policy explains how Mauli Infotech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("we") collects and uses your personal data on order-now.co.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Mobile number (for OTP login), name, email and delivery addresses.
Order history and, if you provide it, your GSTIN and business name.
Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser) and a session cookie that keeps you logged in.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
To send OTPs and order updates by SMS and WhatsApp. You can opt out of WhatsApp updates in My Account.
To issue GST invoices and meet legal and tax obligations.
To prevent fraud and misuse.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with courier partners, the payment gateway, SMS/WhatsApp providers and suppliers who ship your order. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@mauli-infotech.co.in. We keep order and invoice records for the period required by GST law.
